🎓 The Architect (Age 15)

Focus: Foundation and Neural Pruning

The brain is still under construction at 15. The Architect's job is to build the substrate everything else will run on.

The Sleep Mandate

8–9 hours is a performance drug; it "saves" your progress.

Sleep is not rest. Sleep is the consolidation phase where the day's learning becomes the brain's permanent structure. Skimping on sleep at 15 doesn't just make you tired — it physically prevents your neural network from forming the way it needs to.

Belonging vs. Fitting In

Don't change yourself to be liked; be yourself to find your people.

Fitting in is a performance. Belonging is a recognition. The friends you make by suppressing yourself will eventually require you to keep suppressing. The friends you make by expressing yourself will eventually not even notice the thing you were afraid to express.

The T-Shaped Skillset

Be curious about everything, but get obsessively deep in one thing.

Breadth gives you range. Depth gives you identity. The Architect needs both — one to know what's out there, one to know what they're for.

When this stage is not enough

The Architect stage is not a finish line. The substrate you build at 15 will be tested, revised, and partly torn down at every subsequent stage. Build it well enough to be worth revising.

If you are past 15 and feel you missed this stage, the work is the same. The age window is a heuristic, not a law.
